• When you have a dream and decide to buy a holiday home in Southern Spain, the process of making it a reality begins. It's important to find the right local partner to guide you to your goal. We were recommended Tommas Konrad by a friend, and we can only say he has been a fantastic help in the process. We started with a series of video meetings, with him in Spain and us in Denmark. During these meetings, Tommas informed us about factual conditions when buying property in Spain. We told him about our dreams and goals in Spain. Based on this, Tommas selected some properties which we prioritized in return. When we came to Costa del Sol, Tommas drove around with us for 2 full days. Tommas showed us the properties we had prioritized, but importantly, he also challenged us with alternatives. Tommas both confirmed us, but also opened new perspectives, and moved us on the values we were seeking. It has also given us incredible security in our transaction that Tommas showed us broadly around the geographical area, including showing us the tourist and urban load in the different locations. Tommas did not stand silent when we visited sites, he pointed out factual conditions we should see and relate to. In addition, he asked relevant questions to the project sellers, questions which, if not asked, probably would have come to us days later, and thus complicated the process. Our week in Spain ended at the lawyer's office with the initial document signatures. We have hired the lawyer suggested by Tommas to handle our interests in the purchase. Our contact person here informs, instructs and answers us quickly and reassuringly through all the legal tasks. We can only give Tommas and Konrad Real Estate the best recommendations.
