Cookie policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Local storage works in a similar way. This page lists what our site uses, why, and for how long. We set only the cookies the site needs until you choose. You can change your choice at any time.
How we use cookies
When you first visit, we show a notice with three choices: accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Until you choose, only the strictly necessary cookies are set, and nothing from advertising companies loads.
We remember your choice in a cookie of our own for 12 months. After that, or if we change the categories, we ask again. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who sets them: the cookies marked “Konrad” are ours (first-party). The others are set by the company named.
Strictly necessary
The site cannot work without these, or you have asked for the feature. They do not need your consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE) and they cannot be switched off here.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| konrad_consent | Konrad | Remembers your cookie choice, with the date and version of this policy | 12 months |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Konrad | Remembers the language you picked in the language switcher. Set only when you choose a language | 12 months |
| propertyFavorites (local storage) | Konrad | Keeps the homes you saved on your own device. It never leaves your device unless you share a link | Until you remove the homes or clear your browser data |
Preferences and third-party content
Some pages show content from other companies: a booking calendar and agent videos. These load only when you ask for them, and these companies may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when they do. We ask for your consent for this category.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calendly cookies | Calendly | Shows the booking calendar and keeps it secure. Set when the calendar loads. Names and lifetimes are set by Calendly; see its cookie policy | Set by Calendly |
| Video player cookies | YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo | Plays an agent’s introduction video. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode sets nothing until you press play | Set by the video provider |
Analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies or tools that track you across visits. If we add them, they will stay off until you accept them.
Marketing
These help us measure our advertising and show our adverts to people who may be interested. They load only if you accept marketing cookies, and they are removed if you withdraw consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Meta Pixel) | Identifies your browser to measure visits that come from our adverts | 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta (Meta Pixel) | Stores the identifier of an advert you clicked, so a visit can be linked to that advert. Set only if you arrive from a Meta advert | 3 months |
| fr | Meta (facebook.com) | Delivers and measures adverts. Set by Meta when the Pixel contacts facebook.com | 3 months |
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) receive this data. See the privacy policy for the legal basis and the safeguards for the transfer.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use the button below, or “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. Withdrawing marketing consent switches the Pixel off and removes the Meta cookies we can reach on this site.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, parts of the site, such as saved homes, may stop working. Cookies from other companies may stay on your device until they expire, and you can delete them in your browser.
Changes to this policy
If we start using a new kind of cookie, we update this page and ask for your choice again.
