spectacular stately home with large windows and open views of the port of Malaga. Located in one of the prime areas of Malaga, this property stands out for its elegance and enormous potential for renovation. It retains its original charm, with a beautiful hydraulic floor in perfect condition, high ceilings, moldings, large windows and views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is distributed in two clearly differentiated areas: A service area that includes a bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large kitchen with a pantry and laundry room, and a main area, completely independent, consisting of a large living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
